Complete and submit the online Application to Vote by Mail.

Once processed, your ballot will be mailed upon availability.

Obtain an official Vote by Mail Ballot Application by:

Downloading the Vote by Mail Application

OR Picking one up from any DuPage County registration location.

OR Calling the Election Commission to request an Application at 630-407-5600, Spanish 630-407-5608, TDD: 630-407-5631

VOTE BY MAIL - NOTES

When available, your ballot will be mailed upon receipt of the completed application.

After receiving the Vote by Mail Ballot Application, complete and return it to the Election Commission as soon as possible.

The last day to apply for a Mail in Ballot is Monday 3/25/2019 AND Voted Ballots must be postmarked no later than Election Day (4/2/2019) in order to be counted. If you request a Mail in Ballot, but don't get it mailed in time, bring the Ballot with the Envelope to your polling location on election day, so you can still vote.
